GENERAL DELIVERY

We send product by airfreight. Online orders are dispatched same day or the next business day. Delivery times are estimates only but will usually arrive between 3-5 working days after dispatch, within New Zealand and 5-10 working days for International delivery.

Rural delivery may incur delayed travel times due to rural location.

International delivery times can differ between countries.

DELIVERY 

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

We have aligned ourselves with delivery partners who we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery date, but dates specified are estimates only. 

PLACING AND ACCEPTING ORDERS

Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full is received and we're satisfied with the integrity of the order. Without limiting the Terms and Conditions, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or a product. Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with us ("your offer"). We will email you an Order Confirmation for the sole purpose of confirming the details of your offer.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We reserve the right not to provide goods or services or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately via email at shop@zabbana.com. Our agreement with you only comes into existence once we have both confirmed your order and your payment has been processed. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion. Orders that cannot be cancelled are subject to our policy for Returns and Exchanges.

NON-ARRIVAL OF AN ORDER 

It is your responsibility to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. If an item is lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched at our discretion.

We are unable give a guaranteed time or day of delivery.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein a) we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery, b) you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancel an order, and c) we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

However we will do our best to help with a satisfactory outcome.

FREIGHT

Freight charges are set by your nominated destination. Costs are shown in the Shopping Cart at the time of order. Please note freight charges are an estimate only. We reserve the right to make changes where necessary.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Many countries have levy charges on imported goods that may be charged upon the arrival of goods. Customs services may contact you and advise of such charges payable prior to them releasing the goods to you. This occurs infrequently, and varies country to country. Buyers, please be aware this may happen, which the buyer/recipient, as the importer of record, will be liable. We will not be liable or responsible for any such costs.

RETURNS POLICY

You may return any purchased item for an exchange or a refund - excluding sale items. If you wish to exchange or refund an item please contact Zabbana within 7 days of delivery at shop@zabbana.com.

REFUND & EXCHANGE CONDTIONS:

The item must not have been worn.

All items must be in brand new and unused condition, with all tags attached and original packaging.

· You must indicate your intention via email shop@zabbana.com to exchange/return within 7 days of the date of receiving item.

· Item must be returned to us with 14 days of the date of receiving item.

· In the case of items being exchanged from within NZ, we will re-send the new item free of additional carriage charges.

Australia, Asia-Pacific, USA, UK & Europe

Items to be returned from outside New Zealand should be sent no slower than registered/tracked airmail and must be endorsed 'return of goods'. You will be liable for the return carriage charges, though in the case of an exchange, we will have the new item delivered free of additional charge.

All returns for any particular order will be returned at the buyer’s own costs. It is your responsibility to ensure returned goods are adequately packaged to avoid damage in transit. Please ensure that you keep the appropriate proof of dispatch so that if it goes missing on return we can help you track it down. NZ Fashion Accessories LTD are not responsible for any item that is not returned in new, unused and unworn condition. We do not sell pre-worn garments and will not accept the return of any item, which is considered used.

EXCHANGE OF AN ITEM

If you want to exchange or return a product to us, contact us at shop@zabbana.com within 7 days from the date you receive it and inform us that you are returning the item. We will then discuss the details and advise you on your return.

All sale items are Final Sale – unfortunately there will be no exchanges or refunds given.

Please note we do not accept returns after 14 days but if an item is faulty we will be more than happy to refund you the purchase price. All returns for any particular order will be returned at the buyer’s own costs. It is your responsibility to ensure returned goods are adequately packaged to avoid damage in transit. Please ensure that you keep the appropriate proof of dispatch so that if it goes missing on return we can help you track it down. Once the order has been returned it will undergo a quality control check. The item must not have been worn and all of the tags still in place. If you wish to exchange, please email us your required size and colour and we will reserve it for you if the item is in stock.

RETURN FAULTY GOODS AND GUARANTEE

If you have received a faulty product please contact us as soon as possible by emailing us at shop@zabbana.com. We will then go through the steps with you to replace the exact item or a refund on the good. 

Zabbana guarantees all accessories for 90 days from the original date of purchase. If you discover a defect in the product covered by this warranty we will repair the item at our discretion. If repair is not possible, the item will be replaced. However the warranty does not cover damage to the product caused by the customer or related circumstances.

RECEIVING A REFUND

Refunds to you will be made within 5-10 working days of the item been received and passing the quality control check. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. For further information you can contact us on shop@zabbana.com.

We strongly advise all customers to check items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
